CRM implementation cost in the UAE: what you pay for
A CRM estimate comes in four parts: the starter portal setup, the product licence, work beyond that starter package, and support after launch. Our Bitrix24 starter setup is from 10 000 AED, and it is the only part with a fixed price. The other three depend on how the company is built, which is why an honest answer to «how much does it cost» begins with a look at your processes and not with a price list.
What the starter setup covers
The starter package gives you a working portal, so the team can begin on day one. It includes the company profile with its details, dirhams and the Dubai time zone, adding users up to twenty, the structure of divisions, roles and access rights, security settings, CRM modules and reference books for your profile, counterparty fields with TRN, licence and registration zone, the logic of cards and the sales funnel, basic notifications, and introductory training for the team in English or Russian. That is enough for sales to move into the system and stop living in chat threads.
What is quoted separately
Paid separately: the Bitrix24 licence, paid third party services, complex integrations, data migration, advanced analytics and dashboards, and custom development. The licence is worth planning early. Bitrix24 cloud plans are priced per portal rather than per employee, each plan carries its own user limit, and there is a free plan for one or two people. So licence costs do not grow smoothly as you hire, they step up when the team hits the ceiling of its plan.
Data migration works the other way around and is almost always quoted case by case. Moving five hundred contacts out of a spreadsheet and moving a deal history with calls and files out of an older system are different amounts of work, and neither can be priced without looking at the source data first.
Why an hour costs different amounts
After launch the system keeps developing, and there the price of an hour depends on the regular volume. Five hours a month cost 1 250 AED, which is 250 dirhams per hour. Ten hours cost 2 300 AED, or 230 per hour. Twenty hours cost 4 200 AED, or 210 per hour. An hour beyond the package is always 250 AED. This is not a volume discount for its own sake: a team that works with the portal every week keeps it in working memory, while a one off task once a quarter starts with rebuilding the context from scratch.
Where the range in complex projects comes from
When a company has several entities in different zones, works across two markets at once, has reporting requirements or processes that cross departments, a single setup is not the end of the story. A project like that starts with a pre-project assessment: we work out how the company runs today, map the processes and the handover points between departments, put together the architecture of the future portal and show where the process tears. The output is a scope, an estimate in dirhams and a roadmap, and after that the number in the contract stops moving.
If you need a starting point, look at what Bitrix24 implementation in Dubai and the UAE includes and how the monthly hour packages are built. Anything beyond that is worth counting against your own processes.
We will map your processes and scope the work in dirhams
